London Underground - Return Process & Policy

 

Returns- ONLINE PURCHASES ONLY

Online purchases can be returned up to 14 days after the delivery date, in its original packaging with the original tags attached.

 PROMOTIONAL ITEMS ARE SUBJECT TO STORE CREDIT ONLY (once we receive the item back we will issue you a store credit via online gift card). Items with a discount of 30% OFF or greater discount will be final sale.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, the customer will also be responsible for covering the shipping associated with the returning merchandise. To begin the return process, please contact us via email at londonundergroundad@outlook.com. Once your return is approved, you will be provided with further instructions.

Returns for IN-STORE PURCHASES 

In-store purchases can be exchanged or a store credit issued 14 days after the purchase date. You must have your receipt or gift receipt to complete an exchange or store credit.

SHIPPING COSTS

All orders shipped will be charged a flat rate of $25.00. 

 

FREE In-Store Pick Up:

All orders are eligible for FREE in-store pickup. Your order will be processed within 2-5 business days. We will contact you via email once your order is ready for pick up. All orders can be picked up during regular business hours
